This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) explains how Kynos Group LTD (“Kynos,” “we,” “our,” “us”) handles requests for refunds, cancellations, and returns for our Services, including AI-powered tools, SaaS subscriptions, and related digital products.

Because our products are digital services accessed online, no physical goods are shipped. This Policy applies globally, with additional rights for UK/EU consumers under applicable law.


2. Digital Services and Non-Returnable Items

Our Services — including but not limited to Kynos AI, Aboutly, and related AI features, analytics, and booking tools — are intangible and delivered electronically.

  • Digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
  • Refunds are only issued in accordance with this Policy or where required by law.

3. Cooling-off Rights for UK/EU Consumers

If you are a consumer in the UK, EU, or EEA:

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day after purchase to cancel and request a refund.
  • If you request immediate access to your subscription or digital content during the cooling-off period and acknowledge that service begins immediately, you agree that the right to cancel is waived once the service is fully delivered.
  • Partial refunds may be offered for unused portions if cancellation occurs within the 14-day period but after access has begun.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted if:

  1. You cancel within the applicable cooling-off period (see Section 3).
  2. You were charged in error or for a duplicate subscription.
  3. The Service was unavailable or materially defective and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  4. Required by law in your jurisdiction.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You simply change your mind outside the cooling-off period.
  • You fail to cancel before renewal.
  • You misuse the Service or violate our Terms of Use.
  • Service disruption is caused by your own systems, internet connection, or third-party providers outside our control.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@kynosai.io with:
    • Your full name and account email
    • Order or subscription ID
    • Date of purchase and payment method
    • Reason for the request
  2. We will respond within 5 business days.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, subject to bank or payment processor timelines.

6. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise required by law.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription periods, except as provided under Section 4.

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve your issue quickly.
Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Recovery of amounts through collection efforts or legal action

8. Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a UK/EU consumer, you may bring disputes in your local courts where required by law.
